We provide intern position (trading & research track) to 2012 graduates during this summer, starting from July for 2 months.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB 重要工作职责
? Executing trades and securing deals with new clients; 进行日常买卖并落实新客户订单；
? Liaising with other traders/clients on market movements; 针对市场颠簸积极与其他买卖员和客户联系；
? Identifying issues affecting clients; 相识客户的需要与情；
? Developing client relationships and presenting ideas to clients; 维系发展客户关系并通报有关设法和信息；
? Keeping other traders abreast of the relevant issues with their customers; 确保其他买卖员也理解自身客户的需要与情况；
? Predicting how markets will move and buying and selling accordingly; 预测市场价值变动并相应进行买卖；
? Making prices in their relevant products, seeking to maximize profits or minimize financial risk; 对有关产品定价，追求最大利润和最幼财政风险；
? Informing all relevant parties of the most relevant trades for the day; 实时将关键买卖通知有关人员；
? Gathering information, analyzing the market - critically about mispriced assets; 网络并分析市场信息，重要针对于误价商品；
? Carrying out detailed data analysis and valuation; 对数据进行具体分析和评估；
? Must be alert and ready to make decisions based on the smallest movements in the market; 维持警惕并随时筹备凭据市场轻微颠簸采取相应措施；
? React to a change in parameters that is not already implied by the current market price. 当令理解任何目前市场价值所没有反映的情况并采取相应的措施。
