1）2016 Financial Product Sales & Analytics Representative

The Requirements:

• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure & to multi-task effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong interest in the financial markets
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Travel could be required once in Sales

In addition, these skills and experiences can help distinguish you from other candidates for this role:

• Coursework in finance, economics and/or business, although all majors are welcome
• Experience using the Bloomberg Terminal
• Fluency in an Korean
• Desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in and enthusiasm for customer service
• Proven ability to sell, with interest in pursuing a career in sales

2）Client Technical Support Representative - Mandarin Speaker

The Responsibilities:

• Assist our clients by means of telephone, chat and email
• Answer calls and solve queries with English speaking customers of Bloomberg's products and services globally
• Ensure all requests are logged and updated daily using our proprietary ticketing system
• Deliver an outstanding customer service focus when dealing with clients

The Requirements:

• Business level fluency in English and Mandarin required (reading, writing, verbal), Cantonese would be a plus.
