主讲人Mario Cardullo幼我简介：

Mario Cardullo's experience as engineering and management professional specializing in technology management is considerable. Mario Cardullo was chosen as one of the 100 technology leaders in the Commonwealth of Virginia (1997-98). Mr. Cardullo is widely published (130 papers, books and articles) in the fields of management of technology (MOT), technology entrepreneurism, energy, and systems engineering. Mr. Cardullo serves as the Counselor, Technology and Entrepreneurism, to the Under Secretary of Commerce for the International Trade Administration. In 2003 Mr. Cardullo was nominated for the Presidential National medal of Technology for his invention of the RFID Tag and conceiving the mobile communication satellite concept. Mr. Cardullo is also the US Chairman or the US-Australian Venture Capital Working Group.Mario Cardullo has also served as a technology advisor to the State Science and Technology Commission of the PRC through a contract with the U.S. Department of Energy.

Mario Cardullo先生作为工程技术及治理专家，在科技项目及企业治理方面占有丰硕经验。他曾当选为1997—98年度弗吉尼亚联国100位卓越技术翘楚之一，出版及颁发了大量关于技术治理、技术创业、能源和系统工程等方面的论文和著述。Cardullo先生目前任职于美国商务部，担任技术及创业出格照拂。2003年，他作为RFID标签的发现者和移动通讯卫星概想的提出者，被提名为美国总统勋章技术类候选人，并因RFID标签的发现荣获2004年度麻省理工学院发现者焦芈的提名。Cardullo先生同时担任美国—澳大利亚创业投资工作委员会、美国—欧盟中幼企业融资工作委员会、中美中幼企业融资合作工作组的美方主席，以及结合国欧洲企业经济委员会工委主席。

Mario Cardullo先生不仅拥罕见十年创业实战经验,并且对创业投资理论做过深刻的理论思虑和总结，成为美国创衣讽论的集大成者。在青年时期，Cardullo先生曾先后缔造“当先科技新闻网站”（Sci-Central.com）、“信息服务公司”（Communication Services）、“通讯卫星公司”（Communications Satellite Corporation）等多家高科技公司担任高级治理人员。在堆集了肯定创业经验之后，又创办了“创业投资治理公司”（Venture Management）并担任总裁之职。Cardullo先生后来又专一于创业与创业投资的理论钻研，并担任弗吉尼亚工学院、北弗吉尼亚州立大学、乔治华盛顿大学、德克萨斯大学和马里兰州立大学及英国牛津、赫尔和巴斯大学等多家高档院校的创业治理学教授。

2004年6月，由中国国度发展鼎新委员会和美国商务部结合主办、北京大学创业投资钻研中心承办的“中美中幼企业与创业投资论坛”，Cardullo先生作为美方联系人积极把英美等国度的创衣讽论引进中国，于同年11月来拉斯维加斯9888做“创业投资的近代趋向及将来发展”汇报。2007年7月，由北京大学创业投资钻研中心承接并翻译了Cardullo先生的《技术创业：企业形成、融资和成长》已正式出版。2007年12月来北大讲座署名赠送学生《技术创业：企业形成、融资和成长》。2008年5月、2009年12月和2010年5月来北大跟同学分享创业治理经验。
