摘 要：As an approved powerful tool, process for Six Sigma (DMAIC) has become one part of cultures of many global corporations. The

process for Six Sigma is a disciplined approach to enterprise-wide

quality improvement and variation reduction using statistical based

tools. This lecture is a brief introduction of the process in a hope to answer 3 basic questions: what is 6 Sigma, why using 6 Sigma, and

how deploying 6 Sigma.
